Welcome to our School Mediation Program
At PAMWA, we believe in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. As part of commitment to resolving conflicts constructively, we are proud to introduce our School Mediation program.
What is School Mediation?
School Mediation is a confidential and voluntary process that empowers students to resolve conflicts with the assistance of trained student mediators.  Our program aims to:
Promote Communication: Encourages open and honest dialogue between students involved in conflicts.
Build Empathy: Fosters understanding and empathy by allowing students to share their perspectives and feelings.
Resolve Conflicts: Equips students with effective conflict resolution skills, promoting a positive school culture.
Why Choose Our Mediation Program?
Student-Centered Approach: Our program is led by trained student mediators who understand the unique challenges faced by their peers.
Confidentiality: All mediation sessions are confidential, providing a safe space for students to express themselves and work towards resolution.
Positive Impact: By addressing conflicts early on, we contribute to a harmonious school environment where everyone can thrive.
How It Works:
Initiating Mediation:
Students can voluntarily request mediation or be referred by teachers, staff, or peers.
Mediation Session:
Trained mediators guide participants through a structured conversation to explore perspectives and find common ground.
Resolution and Follow-up:
Agreements reached during mediation are honored, and follow-up support is provided to ensure a lasting resolution.
