Street Outreach
Our Street Outreach Services program offers compassionate, front-line support to individuals experiencing homelessness in Prince Albert. With a deep understanding of the systemic and social barriers affecting vulnerable populations, our outreach teams actively engage with individuals in need—building trust, reducing harm, and connecting people to essential services. Our team provides basic necessities such as food, warm clothing, hygiene kits, and blankets, while also supporting access to healthcare, housing, addictions treatment, and mental health services.
This culturally responsive initiative is informed by strong Indigenous partnerships and guided by trauma-informed, client-centred care. We operate with trained, equipped outreach workers during critical hours to ensure continuous service delivery, regardless of weather or crisis conditions. By fostering strong collaboration with local governments, community-based organizations, and service providers, we create pathways for individuals to transition from the streets into safer, more stable living conditions—supporting their dignity, resilience, and long-term well-being.
